Inmates will have access to our 6 concierge services that also come with their own personal emails. This speeds up the ordering process as inmates can message in what they want and one of our customer service reps assigned to monitor the email will process the order. We than fulfill the order and deduct payment from their prepaid account and ship order. Once the order is shipped and received. Inmates will get a copy of their order, the price deducted from their pre paid gift account, and their new pre paid account total.
